Job Duties:

• Receive inbound and make outbound sales calls
• Monitor leads for all departments and ensure that they have been answered within a timely manner (20-minutes for first response)
• Social Media Management, Monitor your stores posting on Facebook and Twitter, Post common articles utilizing Hoot Suite
• Point of contact for CRM tool and educate personnel on how to enter new employees into the system
